Waiting 4 Years

Hi Sosi, Here is that second presentation on waiting for 4 years. This is my favorite activity. I completed the TCA with the borrower asking them what rates would be in the timelines they were thinking of waiting till. I used the most conservative 3.69 appreciation so that they can conclude waiting was not a good option.
