Renovation Loans - 

As you know, the market is running low on the quality and quantity of homes for sale. But, with my 20+ years of renovation experience, I'll show you ways to purchase those " sold as is " or " fixers " using the renovation loan.

Seller Buy Down - 

With rates rising at a historic pace over the last two months, the pressure on buyers entering this market and their affordability are being tested at all-time levels. But, running old strategies like the seller buy down, which I use in markets of rising rates, could be a precious tool to bring back affordable housing to those who have lost in the last few months.

Appraisal Gap - 

A hot market brings issues to average buyers who are not purchasing with all cash. The point of values not coming in at contract price is a big problem in today's market. But, with my appraisal gap strategy, we can confidently write offers with having a plan to deal with a value that might be below the listing price.
